Brothers,

We’re only 95 days away from the opening show of Section Conclave 2007.  This year’s theme, “Safeguard this Pamphlet,” is sure to be a recipe for success as we celebrate our brotherhood by gathering all 10 lodges in Section C-4A for one fantastic event.

On May 18-20, hundreds of Arrowmen will converge on Beaumont Scout Reservation near Rock Creek, Ohio, for a weekend full of great shows, awesome training, and unbelievable activities.  The weekend will kick off on Friday night with an opening show featuring a visit from National Chief Evan Chaffee and other very important guests.  Saturday will start with training classes ranging from “CTI: The OA and Cub Scouting” teaching how to effectively work with “the little brothers in blue” to Inductions & Ceremonial training to help lodges improve their induction process.  There are training cells for every Arrowman!  On Saturday afternoon, Arrowmen will have the opportunity to experience Beaumont’s highly-acclaimed COPE Course.  Don’t forget about the Native American dance and drum activities, as well as ceremony competitions.

With an attendance goal this year of 437 Arrowmen, we are excited to be able to serve you by leading the second largest conclave in the Central Region!  Be a part ofthis event and log on to the Conclave website at http://conclave.oa-c4a.org to register to attend.  Be sure to bring a friend with you!
